When do new bookings become available?
While scheduled release dates for new bookings are subject to change, we typically release bookings on the 15th of the month, two months in advance. For example, June bookings will be released on April 15th, July on May 15th and so on. Booking are released at 11:00 AM Central Time. As soon as bookings for future dates become available, we will post an announcement on our social media properties, including Facebook and Twitter.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
We gladly accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies with advanced notice. Please email any allergies and dietary restrictions to email@example.com
and include your confirmation number.
Does my booking include beverages?
Beverage pairings are available for purchase at an additional cost. You and your guests are welcome to select pairings at any point in advance, or the evening you dine. Additionally, Alinea offers an extensive list of wines by the bottle or glass, as well as a limited selection of beer, spirits and sake.
What is the dress code at Alinea?
Our dress code is “smart casual.” We only ask for no ripped jeans, t-shirts, ball caps, hats or tennis shoes. Jackets are not required, though many guests do opt to wear them.
Can I book at table for one?
We offer one booking per night for a single diner at 8:00 PM in the Salon. Should the single table be reserved on the night you wish to dine, you are more than welcome to purchase a table for two, but the price for the booking will remain the same. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to use the extra funds towards wine pairings or additional menu items. However, you may request that the extra menu be served to the table.
How do I book a table for a party of 3?
When you purchase a booking at Alinea, you are reserving a physical table rather than a specific number of seats. For this reason, we typically do not offer reservations in odd numbers. You may certainly dine with an odd number of guests, but the price at which the table is offered will not change. Therefore, the only way to accommodate a party of 3 would be to purchase a table for 4.
You are more than welcome to sell your extra seat(s) to other diners, who would be seated at your table. We have a number of Facebook followers looking to buy, sell or swap seats.
Alternatively, you can request to have the additional portion served to your table.
Our policy does not allow for extra seats to be used towards the purchase of wine pairings or other beverages.
Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation if I am no longer able to come
Per the policy stated on our website, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another guest, however, requests to reschedule or cancel a reservation are at the sole discretion of management. We kindly ask for a minimum notice of 72 hours for any request to cancel or reschedule. For assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I give my booking away instead of transferring it on this site?
Because we contact all guests before they dine with us, we request that all bookings are formally transferred through our site. Log in to your account, navigate to “My Account”, select “Your Booking” and click the “Transfer” button next to the experience you would like to transfer.
